The feedback and LEAP forms are always tied to specific courses. These forms will only be enabled when the employees have successfully completed the classroom training sessions of the selected courses and are marked with attendance by the respective L&D SPOCs. All these tasks are completed in the web based tool only.
The Employees will get a notification on their respective Mobile Apps. They can access the relevant Feedback/LEAP forms by opening the link provided in the notifications. The link will identify the relevant course and open the form within the mobile app. The existing LEAP/Feedback form will be redesigned to match the mobile screens. The design is catered only to screens that are 4” and larger.
Eligible employees can open these forms from their Android mobile devices, fill-up the necessary information and submit back to the LMS. It is assumed that the mobile devices will be connected to a 3G or 4G mobile network or a similarly capable Wi-Fi when submitting these forms. If no network is available, then the filled up information will be lost when the app is closed without successfully submitting it back to the LMS.
When the forms are successfully submitted to the LMS, it will be synchronized with the employee data which can also be seen when the employees login to their accounts from a PC.
